The Flavor of the Dream

This restaurant is named after and dedicated to the memory of Saul ‘Sully’ Rosenstein (1983-2018). Sully was an amazing son, brother, and uncle. He was a gifted scientist who was published while still in high school, loved being a U of A Wildcat, graduated in the very top of his medical school class, was a surgical resident, and became an accomplished professional Sushi Chef while in med school. He was taken from us far too early, but his memory and passion to make the best sushi live on in our restaurant dedicated in his name.
